Cardiovascular Physicians of Delaware in Lewes and Millville, DE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate the Coumadin clinic and oversee all Warfarin/Coumadin patients. You will monitor INRs from lab results, home monitoring, and in-office checks, and document results and dosing in the EMR.
Responsibilities include patient education, handling triage calls, billing, refill assistance, and supporting anticoagulation transitions while maintaining accurate records.
