We’re seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistants for a full-time outpatient role at our cancer centers in Rehoboth Beach and Millville. You’ll work closely with medical oncologists and a multidisciplinary team as a true clinical partner, with an active role in treatment planning, patient management, and long-term care.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates will be licensed or eligible for NP/PA licensure in Delaware, nationally board certified, and hold a degree from an accredited program. Candidates should have 2+ years of oncology experience along with strong assessment, treatment-planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
