We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and help lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a from-scratch, high-quality environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily prep and service alongside the Executive Chef
  • Supervise line cooks and ensure standards are met during service
  • Handle line work as needed during service
  • Oversee proper closing procedures, cleaning, and organization
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and timing
  • Support inventory, labeling, and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous sous chef or strong lead line cook experience
  • Comfortable working all stations as needed
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Leadership style that is calm, clear, and respectful
  • Reliable and organized with a team-first mindset
