What You'll Do:

* Perform expert installations of windows, showers, mirrors, door hardware, and other glass products

* Read and interpret work orders to meet and exceed customer expectations

* Follow all company safety and quality standards

* Mentor Apprentice/Helper Technicians and support team success

* Use safe handling, loading/unloading, and prep work

* Keep job sites and vehicles clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in glass installation, glazing, or a related trade

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

* Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills

* A positive, reliable team player

* Ability to lift and safely handle heavy glass and equipment (up to 100 lbs)

* Mechanical or construction aptitude - Ability to use tape measures, levels, drills, saws, glass-specific tools, etc.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be able to obtain OSHA, Forklift, and other certifications as needed.
