As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. Your day-to-day will include:

• General Maintenance – Handle repairs and upkeep in apartments and common areas
• Unit Turnover Prep – Drywall repair, painting, caulking, and carpet care
• Groundskeeping – Light landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal weather response (snow/ice removal)
• Emergency Response – Be on call to address urgent maintenance needs
• Customer Service – Interact with residents professionally and ensure their satisfaction

We require the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year in general maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple trades
• Work Style: Independent yet team-oriented, with excellent time management
• Tools: Must provide your own hand tools
• Personality: Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
• Flexibility: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all conditions
