- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Clinic and procedure days
- 2-provider interventional pain practice
- 1 Physician
- 1 APP
- RN and MA support
- Daily clinic and procedural services onsite
- Patient Volume:
- 20-22 clinic patients/day
- 18-20 procedural patients/day
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- EMR: Epic (required experience)
- Equipment: Ultrasound
- TPI (Trigger Point Injections)
- PNS (Peripheral Nerve Stimulation)
- RFA (Radio frequency Ablation)
- NB (Nerve Blocks)
- Other interventional pain procedures
- Anesthesiology - Board Certified
- Pain Management - Board Certified
- Active Pennsylvania license - Required
- Willing to license:
No - IMLC:
Not accepted
- DEA - Required
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Interventional pain proceduralist required
- Epic charting experience required
- A+ rated malpractice
