Schedule:

Monday Thursday, 7:00a 4:00p; clinic and procedure days COVERAGE DATES Starting 07/01/2026 Ongoing PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics:
Adults and Geriatrics (18+) Patient Volume/Census:
Approximately 2022 clinic patients and 1820 procedural patients per day Case Mix:
Interventional pain management including TPI, PNS, RFA, nerve blocks, and related procedures FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System:
Epic Office Equipment Available:
Ultrasound and procedural equipment onsite Specialty Backup Available:
Multispecialty hospital support Support Staff Available: RN and MA support Reason for Coverage:
Supplemental coverage for established interventional pain practice PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges

Required:

Yes Credentialing Timeline:
Approximately 90120 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance:
Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES Trigger Point Injections (TPI) Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) Radio frequency Ablation (RFA) Nerve Blocks Ultrasound-guided pain procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses:
Active Pennsylvania license required Board: BC in Anesthesiology or PM&R with Pain Management DEA:

Required Experience:

Minimum 5 years of interventional pain management experience Other

Qualifications:

Experience with Epic EMR; interventional pain proceduralist DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide outpatient clinic and interventional pain management services Perform scheduled interventional pain procedures Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric pain management patients Document patient encounters and procedures in Epic EMR Collaborate with physician and APP team members to provide continuity of care
