  Minimum 5 years of interventional pain management experience

  Experience with Epic EMR; interventional pain proceduralist

• Provide outpatient clinic and interventional pain management services
• Perform scheduled interventional pain procedures
• Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric pain management patients
• Document patient encounters and procedures in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with physician and APP team members to provide continuity of care
