• Board: BC in Cardiology, BC in Nuclear Medicine, and BC in CTA (All Required)
• DEA:
  Active DEA Required (PA)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS Required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 Year in Cardiology
• Other
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Proficiency with Epic EMR and ability to independently perform required procedures

• Provide outpatient cardiology services Monday through Friday
• Perform TEE procedures and cardioversions as clinically indicated
• Interpret nuclear studies and cardiac CTA imaging
• Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage
• Document patient encounters accurately within Epic EMR
