What you can expect at your practice:
- Per-diem hospitalist opportunity for an acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) or physician assistant (PA) in an inpatient hospital setting
- Provide PTO and CME coverage for a collaborative team of eight full-time advanced practice providers
- Primarily daytime shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Responsible for inpatient rounding, consults, and admissions as needed
- Manage patients across acute medical and orthopedic inpatient beds
- Work closely with hospitalist physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Minimum commitment of six (6) shifts within a six-month period required for PRN status
- Ideal opportunity for APPs seeking schedule flexibility, per-diem work, or supplemental clinical hours
- Hospital-based role offering exposure to acute care medicine and inpatient workflows
