Customer Service Representative (62902)
HOURS
:
Monday-Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
PAY RATE
: $17.00/hr.
Sapphire Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Lewisburg, TN to find Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:- Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls to resolve customer questions
- Data Entry including order information
- Special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on
- Proven experience working in a call center environment
- Typing skills 60+ WPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Sales Force a plus!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
