Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Our Logistics team is expanding and looking to add a Customs Specialist. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate who is interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and support daily U.S. import and export operations and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Review import/export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BOL, ISF, and customs entry documents.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipment and customs issues.
• Support HTS classification, duty/tariff review, country of origin, and USMCA qualification.
• Assist with customs compliance activities, including Section 232/301, Customs Bond, ACE, and other CBP requirements.
• Support U.S. export documentation and AES/EEI filings.
• Maintain import/export records and support customs compliance and process improvement.

To be a qualified candidate you must have the following:

• 1–3 years of experience in U.S. import/export, customs, or international logistics preferred
• Familiar with U.S. Customs procedures, HTS classification, Incoterms, and import/export documentation.
• Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
