* Job Summary:

** Under general supervision, this position provides janitorial and custodial services to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, offices, production areas, and common spaces, as well as performing routine inspections and minor upkeep tasks to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** Includes, but is not limited to:
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, fixtures, and door handles daily.
* Sweep and mop hard surface floors, especially high-traffic areas and restrooms.
* Replenish toiletries and supplies as needed.
* Clean and disinfect break room tables, chairs, countertops, vending machine touchpoints, and microwaves after lunch.
* Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout offices, production floor, and exterior areas, separate cardboard for recycling.
* Vacuum rugs, mats, and conference rooms; dust horizontal surfaces weekly.
* Spot clean glass, windows, doors, walls, and trash can exteriors as needed.
* Clean and disinfect fitness area equipment, mirrors, and floors weekly.
* Perform scheduled tasks such as cleaning drip trays, appliance exteriors, high dusting (HVAC vents, light fixtures), and damp cleaning doors and baseboards per weekly/monthly schedule.
* Maintain grounds by picking up refuse; may assist with snow removal or grass cutting.
* Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and reporting unsafe conditions
** Preferred Skills/

Experience:

*** 2–5 years of janitorial/custodial experience preferred.
* Ability to read and follow safety instructions and cleaning schedules.
* Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
