** Primary Purpose of Role:
** A successful machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.  On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better.  You should have a willingness to learn and improve.  Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require collaboration with co-workers.  The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be completed smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
* Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
* Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
* Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
* Maintain activity logs.
* Use required personal protective equipment properly and follow all safety rules.
* Ability to read and understand operating procedures relative to job being performed.
* Follow all operating procedures.
* Overtime as required.
* Other duties assigned by supervisor or lead.
** Key Performance Measures:
*** Attention to detail.
* Teamwork and communication skills
*
* Required Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED.
* Ability to maintain normal flow of production.
* Ability to read, write and speak English.
* Must be able to pass powered lift equipment testing.

Travel or Physical Demands:
* Must be able to work in hot/cold environment.
* Sitting* Walking
* Standing* Climbing
* Kneeling* Kneel/Crouch
* Pulling* Lifting Up to 50 lbs.
