Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual to fill an ASPHALT PLANT UTILITY/ GROUND TECHNICIAN position for our Pottsville asphalt plant, located in Lewisburg, TN. Some night work will be required. The successful candidate for this role will be self‑motivated and have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Lewisburg, TN - Wages starting at $21.00/hr
- Primary duties will include support and clean‑up around the asphalt plant
- General maintenance of plant and equipment
- Utilizing heavy equipment in performing jobs and moving materials around the plant, as needed
- Candidate will be cross trained in all areas.
- Self‑motivated individual, must be able to perform required duties without constant supervision.
- Focus on safety excellence.
- Must work well with others.
- Able to perform a variety of duties, some of which may include plant clean‑up, maintenance, operating heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work in a variety of conditions.
- Willing to work weekends and long hours when needed.
- Willing to be flexible when called upon to perform other assignments or to assist in other areas at the discretion of management.
