Saddle Creek Golf Club is hiring for a Pro Shop Attendant/Manager.
Responsibilities- Develop merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, special events, and periods of slow sales.
- Order supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
- Assist the Head Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
- Maintain all logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc.).
- Complete customer transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point‑of‑sales systems.
- Understanding of club financials.
- Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Knowledge of shop inventory.
- Attention to detail.
Work Environment Requirements
- Walk or stand for long periods, sit, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally; lift overhead; push/pull lighter objects.
