Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team, working with children aged 6 months to 5 years in a vibrant and nurturing early years setting.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting young children’s development through engaging activities, play-based learning, and a caring environment where every child can thrive. This Early Years Practitioner position is perfect for someone who loves helping children explore, learn, and build confidence during their early years.
We are looking for a motivated Early Years Practitioner who holds either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years and has a genuine passion for working with children. The successful Early Years Practitioner will work closely with colleagues to plan exciting activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and promote learning through play.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as an Early Years Practitioner supporting the learning and development of children aged 6 months to 5 years old
* Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observe and record children’s progress and achievements
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment as an Early Years Practitioner
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support children’s emotional wellbeing and independence as an Early Years Practitioner
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or in a similar childcare role
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child development
Salary & Benefit:
* £28,000 per year for Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
* £30,000 per year for Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
