Plumber / Multi-Trader – FM Service Provider – Social housing contract  – Brockley, South London – up to £38,000 per annum - No call out

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Plumber / Multi-Trader to be based on a local housing association social housing contract in Brockley, South London (SE4). This is a full-time, permanent position, carrying out responsive repairs in occupied properties to a high standard.

This role is ideal for a plumber with a strong core trade background who is comfortable working in customers’ homes, managing their own workload, and undertaking minor multi-trade tasks alongside plumbing works.

Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:30 pm

Duties & Responsibilities

Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs within occupied social housing properties
Undertaking general plumbing works including repairs, maintenance, and fault finding
Completing multi-trade tasks where required, including:

Mould washing
Patch plastering repairs
Wall tiling
Light carpentry works
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with housing association requirements
Using a PDA system to manage jobs, complete reports, and update job statuses
Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes
Maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations at all times Requirements

Strong core trade background in Plumbing
Relevant plumbing qualification (preferred)
Previous experience working in social housing (preferred)
Multi-trade experience beneficial
Comfortable working in occupied properties
Experience using a PDA or handheld job management system (beneficial)
Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Must be able to pass a Basic DBS check
Full UK driving licence:
No more than 6 points
No driving bans in the last 5 years
