Carpenter Window Fitter

We are a growing timber window and door installation business based in South East London, working on high-quality residential projects across London and the South East. Our work ranges from full installations to remedial and service works, and we pride ourselves on high standards of workmanship and customer care.

• Salary £30,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level
• PAYE or subcontractor arrangement available

We are looking for a reliable and capable Carpenter / Window Fitter to join our team on a full-time basis.

Must have full UK driving licence and experience driving a van. That is essential.

This is a varied role suited to someone with a good all‑round practical skillset. While experience fitting timber sash or casement windows is not essential, some level of handyman or carpentry experience is required. Full training will be provided in timber window and door systems for the right candidate.

London & South East Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per year (depending on experience & skills)

• General handyman and carpentry tasks
• Timber window and door servicing and repairs
• Minor fitting, adjustment, and snagging works
• Timber repairs and finishing
• Painting and making good where required
• Working on occupied residential properties
• Communicating professionally with customers on site

• Own van and full UK driving licence (essential)
• Some handyman or carpentry experience (essential)
• Willingness to learn and be trained in timber window systems
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Good communication skills (customer-facing role)
