The Accountant III will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.

The Accountant IV will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.

The Accountant Sr I would have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.

• Ability to problem solve questions related to assigned functions
• Demonstrated in-depth accounting knowledge based on area of expertise
• Leadership abilities in a project setting and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize own work and projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to research and prepare ad-hoc reports
• Ability to research and report accounting guidance (existing and new transactions/guidance)
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making (highly desired)

• Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and contract administration, including budgets, forecasting, internal controls, and treasury management
• Proficiency in drafting professional research papers on major company transactions based on applicable accounting guidance
• Ability to provide in-depth trend analysis on major operating accounts
• Leadership abilities such as managing projects, training staff, and leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success working independently on complex, ad hoc projects for the department

• Demonstrated application of in-depth and complex accounting knowledge (elevated from in-depth alone)
• Proven leadership abilities as demonstrated by successfully managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, training, and process improvement
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and contract administration, including budgets, forecasting, strategic plans, internal controls, treasury, and financial management
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work, projects, and the work of others with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while providing in-depth analysis and recommendations using critical thinking and sound judgment
• Demonstrated ability in delivering effective presentations to stakeholders and/or leadership
• Demonstrated strong proficiency with relevant technology and applications, including Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communications with all levels in the organization
• Ability to prepare team or department-wide trainings
• Demonstrated success with research and analysis, and review and writing of professional research papers
• Ability to delegate and assign responsibility for tasks, set clear objectives and measures, monitor work, assess progress, evaluate results, and provide feedback to others
