We’re looking for an Onsite - Document Operations Specialist
- Entry level - for our client. If you have 1-3 years of experience in document scanning, imaging, records management, and equipment operation then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Process, scan, index, and route documents accurately
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping activities
  • Operate and maintain mailing and scanning equipment
  • Perform quality checks and ensure timely document processing
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED and experience in mailroom, document processing, scanning, records management, or office support.
  • Basic computer, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with mail/scanning equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
