Rogers Motors in Lewiston Idaho has full-time openings for Master Automotive Technician / Mechanics across our Toyota, Subaru, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. For certified Master Automotive Technicians / Mechanics we will assist in relocation expenses and/or provide a signing bonus to qualified applicants.

What You’ll DoThe Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic performs routine repairs and maintenance ranging from warranty, recalls, scheduled maintenance and customer pay. It is imperative that these tasks can be performed at the highest quality to ensure customer retention as well as an outstanding reputation. A successful candidate for the Master Automotive Technician/ Mechanic position will have ASE Certifications or tech school degree, and at least 3 years of experience in an automotive repair environment.
Yourday may include:
- Drivability, electrical diagnosis and air conditioning repairs.
- Routine repairs and maintenance related to warranty, recalls, and scheduled maintenance.
- Operate inspection software.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- ASE Certifications or tech school degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience in an automotive repair environment including, heavy duty truck or automotive repair.
- Must possess computer skills.
- Must possess personal tools necessary to perform repairs.
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Ability to operate all shop equipment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with little supervision.

This is an active, physical position that involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and driving vehicles throughout the day. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
