PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $-$ annually. The full Pay Range is $ - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, , AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we request that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.

As a Senior Enterprise Strategy Manager, you'll help shape the future direction of BECU by bringing an external perspective to our biggest strategic decisions. You'll identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, benchmark industry leaders, and translate complex market intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership. Your work won't stop at gathering information; you'll influence enterprise strategy by helping leaders understand what's happening across financial services, fintech, and the broader economic landscape.
Whether evaluating disruptive technologies, identifying competitive opportunities, or preparing executive leadership for critical strategic discussions, you'll deliver insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization.
- Lead Enterprise Competitive Intelligence:
Drive enterprise-wide competitive intelligence, market research, and benchmarking across financial services, fintech, and adjacent industries to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and strategic implications that shape BECU's future. - Transform Research into Strategic Insights:
Analyze complex market data, industry trends, and competitive intelligence, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making and enterprise strategy. - Build Scalable Research Frameworks:
Design and continuously improve research methodologies, benchmarking processes, and analytical frameworks that deliver consistent, high-quality insights across the organization. - Provide Trusted Strategic Perspective:
Serve as a subject matter expert on competitor activity, macroeconomic conditions, emerging technologies, and industry disruption, helping leaders understand the external landscape and anticipate future opportunities. - Influence Enterprise Decision-Making:
Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to provide objective, data-driven perspectives that strengthen strategic planning, business prioritization, and organizational decision-making. - Develop Executive-Level Communications:
Create compelling presentations, executive briefings, benchmarking reports, and strategic narratives that simplify complex information into meaningful business insights. - Drive Continuous Improvement:
Establish repeatable processes that improve the rigor, efficiency, and effectiveness of external research, competitive analysis, and enterprise benchmarking activities. - Collaborate Across the Enterprise:
Build trusted partnerships across business units to understand strategic questions, align research efforts with organizational priorities, and deliver insights that support enterprise initiatives. - Take on Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the team and business.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
