Remote eligible within Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah, or option to work onsite or hybrid from one of our offices.
Job SummaryPayment Integrity Project Coordinator supports project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing, ensuring that projects are organized, tracked, and delivered in line with our Payment Integrity team's mission.
Responsibilities- Support project management activities per Enterprise Project Management Office policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain project and program plans, including schedules, budgets, quality plans, resource plans, communication plans, and risk plans.
- Monitor and control execution of project tasks against project plans.
- Track and manage project costs, resources, issues, changes, and risks.
- Prepare status reports and other project reports, and present information to organizational leadership, project teams, and client/customer groups.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings.
- Monitor project documentation for compliance with standards.
- Maintain the project documentation library in the project database.
- Assist with monitoring, quality assurance, and reporting of project deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field.
- At least two years of experience in a project support role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Certificate or training in Project Management a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in project management methods, techniques, and development life‑cycle disciplines.
- Ability to manage small, well‑defined projects with minimum supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision‑making.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and resources to drive efficiency and innovation.
Hourly rate: $24.00 ‑ $31.00 (depending on location, skills, experience, education, and training), with a bonus target of 10%. Current full hiring range: $23.91 ‑ $42.20 per hour.
