Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM start

We are hiring a Construction Clean-Up Laborer to support active job sites for a company specializing in residential and commercial construction projects. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone dependable, motivated, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in the construction industry. If you’re reliable, ready to work, and enjoy physical tasks, this is a strong foot‑in-the‑door role with long‑term potential.

• Sweep and maintain cleanliness of construction sites
• Shovel debris and assist with material removal
• Clean up scrap materials and dispose of waste properly
• Load/unload materials and assist crews with general labor tasks
• Support job site organization and safety efforts
• Follow supervisor instructions and site safety guidelines

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Self‑motivated “go-getter” attitude
• Open to entry‑level construction work and learning new skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, squat, and bend throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
• Previous construction or labor experience helpful but not required
