Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand identity across digital, print, and video
- Set creative vision and standards, and build scalable templates and systems
- Translate brand strategy into executable concepts and guide work from initial sketch through final execution
- Art-direct brochures, event materials, website, social, digital campaigns, presentations, and video
- Review and elevate output from designers, agencies, and freelancers
- Mentor designers on craft, brand integrity, and creative problem-solving
- Maintain high standards for craft, detail, and consistency
- Present concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders and leadership
- Report to the Head of Brand and partner with Marketing, external agencies, and freelancers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and hands-on production craft across digital and print; link required
- 8–12+ years of experience in-house, at an agency, or in a fast-paced B2B/B2C environment
- Experience directing or mentoring other designers
- Track record translating brand strategy into executable concepts
- Confidence presenting and selling creative thinking to stakeholders and leadership
- Strong typography, layout, color, photography, and production fundamentals
- Experience building scalable brand systems and templates
- Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Power Point
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video
Demonstrates expertise in brand identity development and creative direction, with a strong focus on translating brand strategy into impactful visual concepts across various media. Proficient in mentoring design teams and maintaining high standards of craft and consistency.
