Rogers Motors in Lewiston Idaho has a part-time opening for a Service Greeter at our Toyota dealership. The Service Greeter interacts with customers, assists service advisors, moves vehicles, ensures the service drive is clean, and is instrumental in delivering an outstanding first impression and quality service experience for our customers. No automotive experience is necessary.

• Greet customers who arrive in our service department and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Shuttle customers to the various places.
• Service with a Smile - Always courteous to customers.
• Assist other departments and internal employees as necessary including washing, wiping, or vacuuming vehicles.
• Ensure service drive and service department is clean including emptying trash, sweeping/cleaning areas, and assist in emptying oil catches.
• Lock vehicles when service is complete.
• Check rental vehicles for cleanliness, fuel and lock up.
• Pick up rags or other service items and return to proper locations.
• Complete tasks as directed by Service Manager and Service Advisors.
• Wash and vacuum rental vehicles.
• Administrative duties such as answering phones and filing as needed.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

This is an active, physical position that involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs., and driving vehicles throughout the day. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.

Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7 am - 4 pm;
Saturday 8 am - 5 pm
