At Electric RAYS Tanning, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to join our Corporate Support team. As our Guest Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping create exceptional experiences while supporting membership services, online sales, and daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Respond to client calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assist with membership updates, billing, freezes, and cancellations.
• Follow up on online leads and help convert inquiries into memberships.
• Maintain accurate client records and internal tracking systems.
• Prepare accounts for monthly billing (EFT) and resolve billing issues.
• Respond to Google reviews and support our online reputation.
• Communicate with studio managers and leadership to ensure excellent client service.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Sales, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Occasional schedule flexibility required around monthly billing cycles.
