License: Active Idaho Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
Clinical Proficiency: Comfort with advanced periodontal therapy and the maintenance of complex restorative cases.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with intraoral cameras and digital charting to drive patient health and education.
Team-First Mindset: A reliable "self-starter" who thrives in a high-trust, collaborative environment.
