What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in‑classroom support to educators
  • Analyze data and assist teachers and leaders in applying it to instruction
  • Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise professional development plans
  • Serve as a thought leader, exemplifying the company’s mission‑driven approach

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, or providing professional development
  • Fluency with digital tools, including online assessments, and comfort discussing data
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in professional development
  • Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations with integrity
  • Willingness to travel within designated territory and to company meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics/ELA, Grades K‑8
  • Experience leading professional development with school and district leaders
  • Background in teaching and/or coaching Mathematics or ELA
