Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices. Work Environment Surveillance is successfully conducted and in line with Petrosea Risk Matrix.

Develop and follow JSA�s for all tasks All tasks are developed and followed JSA.

Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term detailed execution plans Assistance is successful.

Prepare and submit the regular report required by Project Controls to ensure report is submitted in timely manner. Regular report is submitted in a timely manner.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

• Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in Earthwork Company
• Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
• Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system.
• must be able to effectively communicate verbally with employees, external vendors, owners and general contractors.
• Good analytical and supervisory skill.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
