Job Overview
Electronics Technician – responsible for troubleshooting SEL products to component level, conducting failure root‑cause analysis, and processing repairs in the Product Hospital operation located in Lewiston, ’ll collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex issues and train junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot high‑complexity problems at the component level on SEL products.
- Conduct failure root‑cause analysis and document findings.
- Provide basic troubleshooting training to junior department personnel.
- Partner with other divisions to satisfy customer needs.
- Support process improvement and analysis initiatives.
- Two‑year degree in electronic engineering technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor‑based electronics.
- Experience in an electronics lab environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve complex problems.
- 2–5 years of technical service or engineering support in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Experience leading process improvement or analysis teams.
- Hands‑on electronic troubleshooting expertise.
- Training and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of power systems.

Compensation- Electronics TechnicianI: $32.88–$48.60 per hour
- Electronics Technician II: $35.83–$52.95 per hour
- Electronics Technician III: $40.50–$59.84 per hour
