Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Engineer/Principal Engineer to join the CPIE RAM Detection Strategy team. You will lead efforts to startup, develop and optimize RAM Detection processes to improve product yield, quality and cost, collaborating with NAND and DRAM sites, HVM, TD and external suppliers.
The role requires strong project management, ability to travel internationally, and a track record in RAM detection/metrology.
