** The Team:
** This is a small team of engineers that directly supports our customers and production operations.
*
* The Role:

** Build, upgrade and maintain test platforms and equipment. Interface directly with customers, Production, and Manufacturing Engineers to support and maintain test operations. It also includes troubleshooting of testers to support production deliveries to meet customer schedule.
** You will spend your time:
*** Support long-term company test strategy
* Provide justification for and procurement of test platforms/equipment
* Provide test strategy guidance to Engineering
* Work with customers to resolve weaknesses or problems with test processes
* Integrate customer-provided testers into River Side Integrated Solutions manufacturing processes
* Debug functional test platform issues
* Update test documentation
* Work with Production leadership to ensure adequate support by Test Technicians
* Disposition assemblies Test Technicians are not able to get operational## Qualifications
** We are excited about you if you have:
*** 2-year Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent work experience; EE degree preferred.
* Functional test development experience
* Visual Studio experience desirable
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Self-motivated
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable using hand tools
** Travel:
*** This position may travel between the River Side Lewiston and Winona facilities.
* Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
* Ability to walk, stand, and sit
* Lifting up to 30 pounds
** Work Environment:
*** Manufacturing floor
* Office setting
