Join Our Premier Orthopedic Surgery Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Required Skills:

  • Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant Accreditation
  • Proven experience in orthopedic or surgical patient care
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Prior experience in orthopedic surgery or musculoskeletal care
  • Knowledge of orthopedic imaging and diagnostics
  • Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
  • Participation in relevant professional organizations or continuing education
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or surgical settings
  • Relevant certifications such as OCS (Orthopedic Certified Specialist) or OPA (Orthopedic Physician Assistant)
Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training or patient outreach (if applicable)
  • Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and ongoing professional development support provided as applicable
