Join Our Premier Orthopedic Surgery Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver exceptional patient care, support surgical procedures, and enhance recovery outcomes. Required Skills:
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant Accreditation
- Proven experience in orthopedic or surgical patient care
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Skills:
- Prior experience in orthopedic surgery or musculoskeletal care
- Knowledge of orthopedic imaging and diagnostics
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
- Participation in relevant professional organizations or continuing education
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or surgical settings
- Relevant certifications such as OCS (Orthopedic Certified Specialist) or OPA (Orthopedic Physician Assistant)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training or patient outreach (if applicable)
- Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and ongoing professional development support provided as applicable
