Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with improving strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills

Follow individualized treatment plans and document resident progress

Communicate changes in resident condition or progress to the Occupational Therapist Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Help create a safe, encouraging, and resident focused therapy environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Idaho Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Strong communication and teamwork skills
