- Current licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)
- OR licensed clinical social work (LCSW)
- OR licensed professional counselor (LPC) in clinical supervision plan
- OR licensed master social worker (LMSW) in clinical supervision plan
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
