Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health and Hospice contract serving Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston, Washington
.

This position is covering a maternity leave and offers a full weekly schedule with plenty of patient volume available.

• Home Health & Hospice

• 40 hours scheduled each week

• Coverage throughout Lewiston,  Clarkston, WA
• Maternity-leave coverage

• One-on-one patient care
• In-home evaluations and reassessments
• Gait, balance, transfers and functional mobility
• Strengthening and fall prevention
• Patient and caregiver education
• Interdisciplinary care coordination

• Idaho PT license required for the Idaho territory
• Candidates with an Idaho license pending will be considered
• Washington is a PT Compact state for eligible clinicians
