Client Services Representative

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Core Lab
- Lewiston, Idaho – 1035 21st Street, Lewiston, Idaho

Responsible for greeting and helping patients, triaging phone calls, data entry, and other items related to day-to-day operations.

• Follow and demonstrate PRL’s core values, which includes mutual respect and teamwork, a collegial work environment, and commitment to staff and patient safety.
• Understand and adhere to all safety and HIPAA related standards to ensure high quality patient care.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients and clients.
• Establishes strong working relationships with clients and laboratory staff to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
• General clerical duties include answering multiple phone lines, accurate data entry, faxing, filing, and taking messages.
• Maintains all records required by laboratory guidelines.
• Keeps up to date on Medicare compliance.
• Complies with established laboratory policies, procedures, and standards of operation.
• Complies with laws, regulations, and ethical standards concerning laboratory business and patient confidential information.
• Assist with STAT or other specimen pickups at various locations using company vehicle.
• Assist in the training of new employees as requested.
• Attend meetings such as in-service meetings, department meetings, etc.
• Keep work area neat and clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Typing, data entry, and technical skills preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Laboratory or Phlebotomy experience a plus.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
