The primary purpose of this position is to provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows, and mirrors, etc. in designated areas of the hotel. When assigned to guestrooms, the attendant replaces linens, replenishes amenities, makes beds, and responds to guests’ special requests. The attendant also communicates with guests to address special requests and complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
