You will maintain the ice surface, remove snow, operate the resurfacer, and ensure the rink plaza stays clean and safe. You’ll interact with guests, answer questions, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
The role requires dependability, a customer-focused attitude, and comfort working outdoors. Shift typically includes afternoons/evenings, some weekends/holidays.
