Job Description

The Team Lead, Data Visualization supports delivery of a system that allows clients to access insights faster, improve decision‑making, and drive significant value. In this role you will lead data processing into our cloud‑based analysis tools, support clients using these tools, and raise the bar on scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency across projects.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Process data into cloud‑based tools to facilitate client analysis.
• Support client onboarding, training, and tool adoption to enhance satisfaction and usability.
• Take ownership of larger, more complex accounts from intake through final delivery.
• Support Sales efforts by contributing to client scoping, requirement definition, and technical readiness.
• Contribute to product improvement by identifying opportunities, helping define requirements, and supporting innovation initiatives.

• Work with diverse clients across varying skill levels, serving as an escalation point and trusted partner for complex needs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
• Review client questionnaires and determine the most effective data processing methods to align with client research objectives.
• Translate research objectives into actionable data processing in our online analysis & visualization tool, simplifying client report building and analysis.
• Own larger, more complex client work end‑to‑end.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients.
• Develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics.
• Achieve project objectives by delivering high‑quality work within tight deadlines.
• Contribute to product management and innovation initiatives.
• Continuously learn and apply new techniques to optimize products and services.

A successful Team Lead, Data Visualization converts research objectives into clear, analysis‑ready data formats, enabling clients to make informed decisions swiftly. Success is defined by strong client engagement, increased consistency and scalability, and owning larger accounts with confident stakeholder communication. The role delivers positive impact on delivery timelines and overall quality through process efficiencies and continuous improvement.

• (7+) years of experience in quantitative market research surveys focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.
• Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project work streams and meet client objectives in time‑sensitive environments.
• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects.
• Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability.
• Proactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.

• Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.
• Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. The final salary offered will depend on factors such as experience, industry, skills, education, training, location, etc. Compensation information listed reflects base salary only and does not include bonus, equity or benefits.
