IT Field Support Technician

Global Medical Response is seeking a Part-Time IT Field Support Technician to keep mission-critical healthcare operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll deliver on-site support to ambulance bases and clinical teams, installing and troubleshooting workstations, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. You'll resolve tickets, support network connectivity and VoIP, and help maintain secure, compliant systems that enable life-saving care. Collaborating with central IT and field staff, you'll minimize downtime, document work, and provide basic user training in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
