As a Computer Support Technician at NRS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems and supporting our dedicated team. You’ll provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot user issues, manage hardware and software applications, and document solutions to keep our business running efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in supporting a broad range of systems, including Microsoft 365, Epicor Kinetic, Salesforce, Webex/Cisco phone systems, and various warehouse and shipping tools.

We are looking for candidates with experience in ERP and CRM support, endpoint management, and IT ticketing systems. Strong communication skills and a bachelor’s degree in computer science are highly valued.
