- Schedule and complete premium audits with policyholder contacts to determine accurate final premiums for adjustable lines of insurance
- Prepare detailed reports of audit findings, including loss exposures, classifications, and business operations
- Ensure audits are completed in accordance with departmental production, quality, and timeliness standards
- Serve as a technical resource to both internal and external stakeholders, including agents and policyholders
- Review and resolve audit disputes, communicating resolutions among agency, policyholder, and underwriting stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, insurance, or related business field or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong math and accounting aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze, research, and resolve audit issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance industry and applicable Workers’ Compensation regulations and classifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with others under minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards
