2 Days (6:15 AM 6:15 PM), 2 Nights (6:15 PM 6:15 AM), 4 Days Off
Were hiring urgently for Shipping & Receiving Coordinators to provide office-based support for shipping and logistics operations in a fast-paced, well known, local manufacturing environment. This role focuses on administrative tasks, data entry, and coordinating shipments while ensuring smooth communication between drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
What Youll Do- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities from the office
- Process and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage phone and email communications efficiently
- Support logistics operations while following all safety protocols
- Stable full-time schedule with built-in 4-day breaks
- Fast-paced but predictable workflow
