Pay: $17.13/HR
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday | 4:00 AM-12:30 PM (40 hours per week)

We are hiring a dependable Custodian to support a busy convenience store, laundromat, and car wash facility. This hands-on position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers while ensuring facility equipment and common areas remain clean, organized, and operational.

• Clean and maintain laundromat, convenience store, and car wash facilities
• Clean restrooms, sweep, mop, and remove trash throughout the property
• Clean washers, dryers, pumps, vacuums, and other customer-use equipment
• Stock vending machines and replenish facility supplies
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and routine upkeep
• Maintain car wash bays through pressure washing, debris removal, and general cleaning
• Sweep parking lots and outdoor areas and maintain windshield wash stations and vacuum areas
• Collect and secure funds from change machines, car wash equipment, and vacuums
• Perform deep cleaning projects, power washing, and facility maintenance tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering cleaning products and supplies
• Inspect facility equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

• Custodial or janitorial experience
• Facility or property maintenance experience
• General labor experience
• Retail or customer service experience
• Experience using cleaning equipment and supplies safely

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of at least 4 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
• Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
