You’ll monitor equipment, adjust settings, and work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure every fry meets our high standards. When you choose a career with us, every day is fry-day!
** Job Description
*** Operate and adjust processing equipment to maintain smooth line flow and product quality
* Monitor waste levels, blend rates, and product consistency using process control systems
* Start, stop, and sequence equipment for cut changes, downtime, and emergencies
* Perform water system operations to maintain quality and minimize usage
* Communicate with QA, maintenance, and leadership to ensure optimal performance
* Conduct quality checks (peel loss, salinity, grid checks) and enter data into QA systems
* Maintain sanitary conditions and support weekend cleanups and sanitation duties
* Own equipment from even-flow bins through fryers and freeze tunnels
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
* Participate in safety programs and demonstrate leadership in plant safety culture

Preferred Qualifications
** High school diploma or GED preferred   Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules   Comfortable using computers, touchscreens (HMI), and 2-way radios   Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)   Willingness to complete required training (Sanitation, Lock-out/Tag-out)   Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)   Understanding of safe lifting techniques and chemical handling

Experience in food processing or manufacturing

Familiarity with optical sorters, LADRES, or similar equipment
