Temporary Summer Production Worker CCI​/Speer

Job Summary

We are seeking Temporary Summer Production Workers for our Lewiston, . Positions are short-term, lasting up to 90 days. This role is ideal for summer employment between school terms.

Ability to work any shift including Days, Swing, Weekend Days, and Weekend Swing.

• Learn various positions of the Assembly Operation (load lines, packaging lines, inspection) and rotate through each position as assigned.
• May also perform the duties of an entry‑level Machine Operator.
• Must be available to work schedules as assigned by supervision. No guarantee of a minimum number of hours.
• Maintain good attendance within established standards.
• Follow work instructions to safely produce, assemble, inspect, and package high‑quality CCI/Speer products and components.
• Follow and improve manufacturing processes; document production records and statistics as required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently without continual supervision.
• Must have demonstrated strong work ethic.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Reaching, handling and manual dexterity to inspect and package.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Good vision required to inspect product quality.
• Exposure to noise, dust and fumes in a manufacturing environment.
• Safety equipment such as protective eyewear and earplugs is required and provided by the company.
• High attentiveness for safety.
• Flexibility to move between jobs and handle tasks simultaneously.
• Potential exposure to hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided.

Pay Rate: $23.06/hr (Pay Range: $23.06 - $25.12). The actual salary offered will be based on experience, geographic location, education and skills, and agreed upon at the time of offer.
