The Kinetic Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence at its Lewiston, Idaho facility. You will coach leaders and frontline teams in Lean, lead improvement events, and integrate CI into daily operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires hands‑on manufacturing credibility, change leadership, and the ability to develop others through structured training and on‑the‑floor coaching.
